Jiuzhan Camellia Oil Emulsified Milk

Featuring wild camellia oil rich in high oleic acid and antioxidants as its core oil phase, Jiuzhan Camellia Oil Emulsified Milk overcomes the traditional greasy taste of camellia oil through innovative processing, delivering a refreshing and smooth new drinking experience.

The milk employs patented nano-emulsification technology, using sucrose esters and mono- and diglycerides as composite emulsifiers to reduce interfacial tension. Through high-temperature water bath premixing, high-speed shearing, and high-pressure homogenization, the camellia oil is uniformly broken down into 200-nanometer emulsion droplets. Subsequent ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization ensures exceptional emulsion stability—resisting phase separation under centrifugation and securing a shelf life of six months or more. Thanks to this breakthrough technology, Jiuzhan Camellia Oil Emulsified Milk not only removes the undesirable flavor of camellia oil but also offers a smooth texture that melts in the mouth like milk fat. It starts with a sweet, milky top note, which unfolds into a refreshing green tea middle note, and ends with a subtle, lingering nutty base note, creating a rich and layered taste.

Made with “wild camellia oil certified by Geographical Indication”, it is extracted by a low-temperature cold-press process, preserving over 90% unsaturated fatty acids—including alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid—as well as natural antioxidants such as squalene, tea polyphenols, and vitamin E. The milk addresses the limitations of traditional probiotic-focused yogurts with functions such as promoting digestive health, preventing and managing hypertension, hyperglycemia, and hyperlipidemia, and offering antioxidant benefits, particularly suited for individuals with high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high cholesterol, those who need to control blood sugar and lose fat, and who prioritize overall wellness.
